Sorry for the LOOOOONG delay in blogging

Good 2013 to you all!

Please let me first apologize for the long delay in posting blogs on our blog spot. 2012 was a very busy year for the Masters and staff of American Shaolin Kung Fu that we unfortunately let the blog fall to the way side.

Now, we are back and ready to start posting again.  So, without further delay, let's get back to business!
